Q: What is the difference between liposuction and a tummy tuck?
A: Liposuction is used to remove localized areas of fat. A tummy tuck on the other hand is used to reduce the amount of loose skin in the abdomen area. Typically, the need for this develops following child birth.
Recently, there have been studies showing that combining these two treatments into a procedure called "LipoAbdominoplasty" may yield the best results.

Hello,
Can you please tell me the typical down-time for liposuction of the hips, thighs and inner knees?
I have a one-year old and a two-year old that I have to chase around quite a bit. I also work one half-shift a week as an ER RN. Will I need to take a significant amount of time off from work.
I'm sure it depends on the amount of fat taken out. To give you an idea, I'm 5'3 1/2 and weigh 125# with most of my extra weight below the waist.
Thanks in advance for your time.

I had a threadlift done and there are indentations on my face. Can these be corrected? What procedure should I use or should I just have the threads removed?
